Payal Mehta
Scoliosis Specialist

Payal is a dedicated health professional whose transformative journey began at the age of 13 when she was diagnosed with scoliosis. As she navigated the complexities of this condition, she encountered chronic pain that affected every aspect of her life. Despite receiving a diagnosis, she often felt frustrated by dismissive doctors who could understand her pain but couldn’t offer the solutions she sought—specifically, a path to being pain-free and strong.

Determined to take control of her health, Payal pursued a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation from India, completing her Master’s from 2017 to 2019. Her specialized studies focused on advanced rehabilitation techniques, including Neurokinetic Therapy, where she completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 under the guidance of Dr. David Weinstock, the founder of the Institute of Conscious Bodywork in California. This training helped her understand the complex relationships between muscles, enhancing her ability to address underlying issues.

Additionally, her studies in Immaculate Dissection, conducted under the guidance of Dr. Kathy Dooley, an anatomist and chiropractor, deepened her knowledge of anatomy and the body as a cohesive system rather than just a collection of muscles.

Payal is also trained in the Schroth Method, a scoliosis-specific rehabilitation approach that focuses on posture correction and strengthening, enabling her to provide targeted care for individuals with scoliosis.

This holistic approach empowers her to treat pain at its root cause, rather than merely chasing symptoms. With six years of hands-on experience, Payal has helped countless individuals break free from pain and reclaim their vitality. Now, she is committed to holistic healing, focusing on root causes rather than just symptoms. She inspires others to move beyond temporary fixes and work towards sustainable health. Payal works out of the Dallas Office.
